IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
- At the studio we work on school terms, so all groups start on the second week of the school term and finish on the last week of the school term.
- All adult groups have the option to continue with group through the school holidays if they don't wish to have a small break, however children's groups take a break in the school holidays and reconvene when the next term starts.
- At the completion of each term, we require 2 weeks' notice if your participant doesn't wish to continue the group for the next term or if they want to make changes to their group attendance such as adding, changing or removing classes to their bookings. We will remind all participants of this during the group session prior to that 2 week decision period.
- Each booking is for the full term, any missed classes are still invoiced and we currently do not offer 'make up' classes for missed sessions.
- All NDIS participants receive a comprehensive outcome report at the end of the term which outlines what they have been doing in the group, achievements and progress.
- Invoicing will occur weekly.
